Prepare your working area, be sure to have a slim cord/string/thread (white, 24")and an ashtray/fireplace/cauldron within the area you will be working in. Prepare yourself (ritual bath to wash away outside concerns or influences). Step within your working area and create your "sacred space".

Take up the white thread, once taken up, do not let go. 6" from one end (the top), tie a knot say:

"This is the spell I cast on <name> to gain that which was not freely given"

Concentrate on your original spell, rebuilding it in your mind, step by step. Move your hands down the thread. 6" from that first knot, tie another knot. say:

"This is the spell I cast on <name> to gain that which was not freely given"

Concentrate again on your original spell, rebuilding it in your mind, step by step. Move your hands down the thread. 6" from that second knot, tie another knot. say:

"This is the spell I cast on <name> to gain that which was not freely given"

Concentrate a third time on your original spell, rebuilding it in your mind, step by step. Lay the thread down before you. Stretch it out. Lift your hands from the thread. Pause to recognize what you have built. Take it up from the bottom. Move your hands up to the 3rd knot: say:

"As this knot is untied, the love spell is undone, <name> be free to love or not as you will."

Untie knot do not let go of the thread slide your hands up the thread to knot #2. say:

"As this knot is untied, the love spell is undone, <name> be free to love or not as you will."

Untie knot do not let go of the thread slide your hands up the thread to knot #1. say:

"As this knot is untied, the love spell is undone, <name> be free to love or not as you will."

Untie knot do not let go of the thread slide your hands up to the top of the thread. Lay the thread down before you. Stretch it out. Remove your hands from the thread. Pause to recognize what you have undone. Take it up from both ends. Lower thread into fire (candle/fireplace), as you release it (into either ashtray/cauldron/fireplace) say only:

So Mote It Be.

Once the thread is consumed, thank the God/dess for their mercy and your new understanding. Open your circle, snuff out your candles and leave the room. It is done.
