However, there is also an esoteric, or hidden, meaning to the Wiccan Rede. In his book, The Book of the Law, Aleister Crowley wrote: Do what Thou will shall be the whole of the law; Love is the law, love under will. In Greek, the word for "love" [agape] and the word for "will" [thelema] are numerologically the same: 93. Our true will is love, and when we reach the point of living by our true will, then we will not have to worry about "harming none", it will simply be our nature not to. If everyone lived by their true will, we would have a near Utopia, as no one's true will is in conflict with someone else's. As I stated above, the ultimate goal of Wicca is to know your true will, and live accordingly. It makes living by the Rede a whole lot easier. :-)
