~Our Mission Statement~

Our Mission Statement

Our mission is to provide comprehensive coverage of Pagan events in the Springfield/Clark County area of Ohio, as well as provide essays, stories, poems, etc. of a Pagan theme to those who seek it. As we have stated, The Triumvirate is a ministry of Trinity Coven. We feel that it's important, as Coven leaders, to be active in our community, and to help those who are seeking know that they are not alone! There are many Pagans in this area, yet it is hard to be "out" in Springfield. Many times when we meet Pagans in our area, we hear things like, "Gosh, I didn't know there were others in town!" Following the Old Path can be very intimidating when you first start (it certainly was for me!), and it is our goal to make that easier.

We also feel that it will soon become easier to be openly Pagan, no matter where you live. Times are changing, and as the Age of Aquarias approaches, people are taking a different look at their faith. Wicca is the fastest growing relgion in the world. This means there are not enough teachers to go around. 'Zines are an excellent way for those seeking the Old Religion to become aquainted with it and possibly find others in their area. The reason for this is that they are independently published, and are usually a labor of love. Because of this, the information provided by 'zines is honest and straightforward. We don't have any sponsers to please; we can say whatever we want!
