Big Bro: In your Face and in your Message Traffic! - Marcus

Well, those of us on-line or planning to go online can kiss all semblances of privacy good-bye. Why? Our members of Congress passed that damned Telecommunications Security Act with its totally bullshit amendment called the "Telecommunications Deceny Act." Congress passed the law so I hold them responsible for their heinous actions, but the blame lies squarely on the backs of those of us who did nothing to tell those congressional jerk-offs not to vote for that bill in the first place. That one law will be the bane of many of you because you'll be using the Internet and online-type stuff and Big Brother will butt fuck you harder than Sandra Bullock wound up taking it movie she made about the 'Net.

1. The federal government now requires all telecommunications equipment to be "wiretap ready." A microchip will be installed that will trigger a built-in wiretap and/or trace protocol when it receives an activating "ping" from the main switching computer at the phone company. Law enforcement agencies are no longer required to establish probable cause or even have to have anything on you before they can compel the phone company trigger your chip.
2. A device called a "V-Chip" (V for violence) will be installed in all new TV's larger than 13" diagonal. This chip will read data encoded in the vertical blanking interval (that black bar you see when the vertical hold is not correctly set). Rating codes, like the movie ratings, will be placed on each program you might want to watch. Programs have a rating for sex or violence that can be blocked by parents entering a secret ID number via remote control. You don't have to monitor what your kids see because the government will take that responsibility from you. The only problem I see with that is that you can't control or know exactly where your kids are at any given time if they aren't under your direct supervision. They could programming you didn't authorize simply by leaving your house. They may be watching a 13" TV in their room or den. Basically, you can only control what they see on the "big TV" in the livingroom. So why bother reconfiguring your TV in the first place? Wouldn't it be easier to just teach them your values so that they won't be very interested in or buy into the programs you think are bullshit? If you raised them right, you should be able to trust them to watch TV on their own -- without government supervision.
3. The TV industry will decide (under political guidance from Washington, D.C.) the ratings shows will have. Didn't D.C. politicians interfere with the military the same way during Vietnam and we ended up getting butt-fucked by a bunch of crossbow-wielding farmers? Anyway, it looks like D.C. wants to control what we and our impressionable kids see or don't see on TV? Can you say, "1984," boys and girls? This will give the TV industry a free hand to show even more graphic violence and sex because our kids will be "protected," and I predict the bible-thumpers will bust a nut making legislators pass even more restrictive laws in response. It won't end until the government totally controls and regulates every means of free communication... and our freedom of speech.
4. Part of the "Communications Deceny Act"outlaws "obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, or indecent" material sent via a modem through an electronic network of any kind. This clause seems pretty broad and open ot interpretation to me. What do YOU think? It doesn't say anywhere who will decide what lewd or lascivious. That's very interesting!

All this to save our poor kids. The real targets of this law are not drug lords' moneylaunderers or pornograghers or criminals, but the People and Constitution of the United States. The only way to save our poor poor children is to let parents take responsibility for raising them properly and holding folks accountable for their own actions. I remember when a juvenile delinquent got his ass thrown in the juvenile home when he got caught robbing and stealing. If he said he came from a dysfunctional family, they'd laugh at him then throw him in the juvenile home. I say that having a so-called "abusive parent" doesn't excuse you from the consequences of things YOU did. These days, they punish the parents whenever they try to discipline their kids. I believe in Old School discipline where parents used physical force to effect acceptable behavior through negative reinforcement (spanking). "For what son is he that a father does not discipline? Furthermore, we used to have fathers who were of our flesh who used to discipline us, and we used to give them respect." - Hebrews 12:8-9. The socialists in our country have made it so parents can no longer legally discipline their children and that made it possible for parents to "need" the government to do it for them. This is where congress comes up with this law to save us from ourselves. We are then supposed to be so grateful for their intervention, that we aren't suppose to notice that our rights and the Constitution just got stepped on.

Your inattentiveness and lackadaisical attitude about these important things makes YOU responsible for the government to simply take away the very liberties that American servicemembers all over the world sacrifice daily to protect. GET WITH THE POWER CURVE!

Militias and Freemen: What's the Deal? - Marcus

Quite a while ago, I looked up "militia" and "militiaman" in the dictionary and found the following definitions:

militia -

1. a part of the organized armed forces of a country liable to call only in emergency.

2. the whole body of able-bodied male citizens declared by law as being subject to call to military service. -- militiaman

Gee, maybe I forgot to how to read, or something, but I didn't see "right-wing extremist" anywhere in those definitions. Is it me? Am I acting paranoid? My point is that the militia fought the American Revloutionary War for Independence. WE are the militia and we are the last line of defense for American freedom. Check the Constitution of the United States on that one. Better yet, read definition number 2 again and ask yourself if you're registered in the Selective Service. Something should have clicked in your head by now.

Why is the federal government busting its ass to take these people (read "the American people") down? Why is the government-controlled liberal media establishment characterizing the entire body of militiamen (and militiawomen) as racist white-supremacists? That's like saying that all God-fearing Christians are cross-burning ignorant bigots due to the existence of the Ku Klux Klan. Do you see my point? The emeny isn't the militias, at all. The enemy is the that part of our government seeking to remove ALL militias from the fabric of American society by alienating them from the American citizenry. Doing so will result in the loss of our only true means to resist a totalitarian government. An armed man has never been a slave. Without an armed populace, which include militias and the option to join or create them, we are defenseless and weak. This brings me to my next point...

With militias out of the way and the people of the nation disarmed, who will protect our families and homes? The only armed Americans left would be the criminals, police and the military. The criminals wouldn't seek to protect anyone but themselves. The police would have their hands full trying to deal with the criminals. They'd most likely fold under the strain or sigh in relief when martial law was declared. That's where the military enters the scene. How would the military be able to help when they're all overseas at "Desert Storm, Part II" or "Bosnia 7: The Shit Continues" or "Somalia 18: Black Attack!". No. The miliary will be far too busy accomplishing UN and NATO mission to do anything on the home front. You say that the individual soldiers, sailors, airmen and marines will never stand for that? The military made its position very clear when it gave Michael New a Big Chicken Dinner (Bad Conduct Discharge) for refusing to wear UN insignia on his American uniform. That boy got screwed by Uncle Sam on national TV. The Army said his ideas may spread through the Army like a "cancer." Think about that if you are in the military, don't ever forget that those people serving America in the armed forces is sworn to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States of America NOT the Charter of the United Nations. FUCK THE UN!!!

The milita is organized, funded and runs at the county level. The people in the milita are your neighbors and fellow Citizens. Their aim is to maintain readiness so they may be of use in emergency and help their friends and neighbors. There is a good reason foreign armies haven't invaded our soil since the war of 1812. Yeah, the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans do present a major obstacle, but it's the fact that Americans are notorious "gun toters" willing and quick use deadly force. We're a bunch of gangsters to the rest of the world. Let them believe that if it makes them think twice before fucking with America. The Black Panthers, militias, National Guard, KKK, drug dealers, and Joe Citizen will have absolutely no problem killing any invader "until no Harkonnen breathes Arrakeen air... [- Dune by Frank Herbert]" Don't forget that when the government-controlled media establishment whines that, "Militias are threatening the American way of life!" It's not the militias threatening America, it;s the media establishment and the federal government. We've had white supremacists and the KKK for a long time and we know the face of that particular enemy. Just remember that they are a minority and if the shit hits the fan, they will fight an external and common enemy before they turn on you. Most of them have that much sense, even if they ARE silly and stupid.

Violence: Why Fight it? - Marcus

I recently spoke to a woman about violence and she told me that violence serves no useful purpose. War and crime are "evil" and should be shunned by all "right-thinking people." That's all well and good, but I believe that folks should take responsibility for their own actions. War exists. Crime exists. Deal with it. We live in a violent world and and indifferent universe. To survive, a human being must be prepared to do violence and destroy anything that would threaten that human's survival. We are killers by nature. We're really good at it.

Wothour war and crime, things would get fairly boring. Since they exist and some people lack the necessary disposition or ability, some of us must take that burden upon themselves. SOmeone has to be strong while the weak cower in the shadows and talk shit from a distance. these people who fight and defend the others are called "Warriors." Ever heard of them? They are people who eill do violence and stand in harm's way so others may not have to. The only problem is that these people have violent tendencies. They don't all get into violence for violence's sake, but they will fight and destroy their enemies. Violence is a means of being secure in one's home and community. The ability to do violence is a virtue.

This woman told me that she couldn't understand why I would want to fight and/or kill someone. It's not a matter of whether I want to kill. It's simply a fact. I will kill. I will use deadly force to defend myself, my family, my friends, and my way of life. "Life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, " are just words to some people. they mean something to me. I choose to live my life the way I see fit. NO ONE has the right to deprove me of ANYTHING. If you do, I will take it back. If it's irretrieveable, I will punish you with death. The Old Testament is filled with lots of passages detailing acts of vengeance and the "appropriateness" of them. I believe that some things are worth killing and dying for. It has nothing to do with what our weakened and decadent society says is right or wrong. It has to do with Honor and Justice. Take the blood or me or my kin, then you will pay a blood price with your own blood. Move against me or unleash chaos against me, I will destroy you. Defy me and I will bend you to my will.

Without violence, our world will have no order or discipline. Violence befalls kings and beggars alike. It is unmerciful and universal. Violence makes folks great and destroys folks as well. Violence is understood by all on a level beyond language and reasoning and one's own delusions. Violence is the one thing all of us know and preserves the race by keeping us strong. Violence comes in all shapes and sizes and has a multitude of hearty flavors savored by all true human beings. People incapable of doing violence to their enemies are called "victims." Violence is elemental and is a tool of the forces of both Good/Light and Evil/Darkness. Fear not violence. Fear your inability to master its harsh lessons and survive. Finally, without Violence there can be no Peace.

Sovereign Citizen or World Order Slave? - [Patriot BBS] edited by Marcus

The [California] Government Code Section 242, states that you are either a Citizen of this State, a Citizen of another State, or an alien. Now, if you are a citizen of the District of Columbia (which is not a State), under the so-called 14th Amendment you are are a second-class citizen or an alien as the law relates to you. You can be regulated in all aspects of life, as you are not a "Citizen." If you don't believe, look at any law, it only applies to "residents of the state," not to "Citizens of the State."

Everyone wants the government out of their hip pocket, and from my legal research, there is only one way to do it. That is to restore State Rights and State Citizenship. The founding fathers intended the States to be republics, not democracies (mob rule).

The federal government is harassing the people in the several States as the people are not State Citizens, but only "residents" and are "aliens" to the States, as they are "U.S. citizens" (of the District of Columbia). The federal government can and does tax its citizens and they do it legally. You cannot remain a federal citizen and correct the situation.

You must advocate the restoration of State Rights and State Citizenship for those that qualify for such status. If you do this, everything else that you want will happen, aliens will still become liable for the federal tax, State Citizens will be exempt. This is according the the Bible and Christianity.

Next, by restoring State Rights and State Citizenship you will throw a kink in the one world government dictatorship advocated by the President (Clinton). Only "federal" citizens are subject to the "federal" debt, the Citizens of Mexico and the Citizens of Japan are not subject to the "federal" debt, and neither are the Citizens of the Several States.

You become subject to the "federal" debt when you obtain a Social Security Number (SSN) and have your child's birth certificate with the sate as a security to for the "federal debt." this is correct as the birth certificate is given to the federal "Commerce Department." As the Federal Reseve System proudly states in the publications the security of the federal debt is secured by the future labors of the federal citizens.

I hope that you will read and understand what this means and you may grow to be an effective force with the future American Republic, and not a slave under the one world government.

Here in America today, we Americans pride ourselves as staunch anticommunists. Many of us think of the communists as the bad guys and as the cause of our troubles and that of the rest of the world's. This bad guy must look really bad and we should spot him easily in any crowd. Let us examine what a communist really is.

Communism is a way of life that is contrary to most teachings of the Bible and that of the common law our beloved country, "the Union of States united" was fgounded to be. In 1848, Karl MArx wrote the 10 planks of the Communist Manifesto, which he copied from an article written by Adam Weishaupt in 1797. (This article is called: "How to Change a Republic into a Democracy".) It is the foundation of what communist ideology is all about. A true communist or communist country would be practicing all ten of these planks. Today, even here in America, we are, in reality, communists. We would rather call ourselves something else, a "Democracy," which is really the same as communism.

1. THE ABOLITION OF PROPERTY IN LAND AND APPLICATION OF ALL RENTS IN LAND TO PUBLIC PURPOSES
   As in the old law of Moses and in the first 150 years of America, when you owned land, you had absolute title to the land and no other party can lay claim on it whatsoever unless you sold the land or voluntarily let another lay claim. But then, you had the right to get it back. Today, we only have what you call a 99-year lease. The state can confiscate your land for nonpayment of taxes. The only reason the state can do this is that you really never owned the land in the first place, as you are not a State Citizen, but in the law you are an alien who is a resident of the state. The state has controlling interest on your land, and you are merely paying rent and this rent goes to public purposes.

2. A HEAVY PROGRESSIVE OR GRADUATED INCOME TAX
   Need I explain this? We all know that we have an income tax in America, and that the more you make, the more you're taxed. The income tax on the working individual was begun in 1942 by president of the N.Y. Federal Reserve Bank, Mr. Beardsly Rumhl, with the backing of President Franklin Delano Roosevelt.

3. THE ABOLITION OF ALL RIGHTS OF INHERITANCE
   In the old law of Moses and the first 150 years of America, there was no inheritance tax. In the law of Moses, land was transferred to the eldest son absolutely. In the first 150 years of America, inheritance and/or your assigns was also absolute. There were no third parties involved. A marriage license makes the state a third party to the marriage. If you are an alien, you cannot have the right of descent. Thus, the state has an interest which must be paid when one dies.

4. THE CONFISCATION OF THE PROPERTY OF ALL EMIGRANTS AND REBELS
   Some people are beginning to find out about what is really going on. They are beginning to rebel against communists controlling the government and, in the process, SWAT teams are sent against them. Businesses are closed down, homes are taken from them and they are put out on the street. Their wages are taken away from them, so they can't sustain the necessities of life. All because the IRS controls the lifeblood of all the citizens of the District of Columbia.

5. CENTRALIZATION OF ALL CREDIT IN THE HANDS OF THE STATE, BY MEANS OF A NATIONAL BANK WITH THE STATE CAPITAL AND AN EXCLUSIVE MONOPOLY
   This brings us straight to the Federal Reserve Bank. This is a private bank, not a governmental agency. THe basis of the federal reserve note is credit which is the reason it has no gold or silver backing. The government borrows these notes to pass on to the people for use, and pays interest in gold and silver to the foreign communist owners of the bank. In the first 150 years of America, people used gold or silver coin as currency. They did not have to pay interest to anyone for their use.

6. THE CENTRALIZATION OF THE MEANS OF COMMUNICATION AND TRANSPORTATION IN THE HANDS OF THE STATE
   This is accomplished by the FCC, which controls, regulates and licenses all newspapers, magazines, aradio and television stations who are in local or national networks in a corporate capacity. Transportation is controlled throught the use of state vehicle registration and licensing of the owners.

7. THE EXTENSION OF FACTORIES AND THE INSTRUMENTS OF PRODUCTION OWNED BY THE STATE AND THE BRINGING INTO CULTIVATION OF LAND AND THE OMPROVEMENT OF THE SOIL GENERALLY IN ACCORDANCE WITH A COMMON PLAN
   Factories are all controlled by the government by means of permits and licenses. Various other agencies like OSHA, labor boards, and unions all regulate the businesses. Smaller businesses are extensions of these factories because they are franchises. Farms are told which crop to plant and are sometimes paid not to plant. Conservation Districts, the Bureau of Land Management, and Desert Land Entry Act, where government-owned land is leased to corporate farmers. Like the Imperial Valley in San Diego.

8. EQUAL LIABILITY FOR ALL TO LABOR AND THE ESTABLISHMENT OF INDUSTRIAL ARMIES, ESPECIALLY FOR AGRICULTURE
   Equal liability is established through Social Security, and forcing women to work to support the family, as the man can't earn enough to support his family. Most are members of an industrial army through their SSNs because you can't get a job without a Social Security Number.

9. THE COMBINATION OF AGRICULTURE WITH MANUFACTURING INDUSTRIES AND THE GRADUAL ABOLITION OF THE DISTINCTION BETWEEN THE TOWN AND COUNTRY BY THE MORE EQUITABLE DISTRIBUTION OF POPULATION OVER THE COUNTRY
   Regional government under control of the federal government which is under the direct control of foreign bankers. In other words, "ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT."

10. FREE EDUCATION FOR ALL CHILDREN IN PUBLIC SCHOOLS
    Need this be explained? Even private and church schoolsmust obtain a license and teach state-approved courses. These all teach humanistic principles, not reading, writing, and mathematics. They are taught to be good slaves of the government and ask for a license (permission) before doing anything. In fact, 6^th and 7^th graders are taught to fill out income tax forms in obedience to the IRS. They are taught that the government will support them, if they do what they are told, and not to ask questions.
