Starting Thursday, February 27, and ending Friday, March 7, we have our exams at Macdonald. After the exams, we will be having our March Break. Therefore, the paper edition of MacNews will not be published for three weeks. Because of these circumstances, we will be having three fun-filled weeks of back issues and space fillers! Enjoy!

Once again, the Junior Math Team has come up with a victory. On Wednesday, February 26, they defeated Pearson by a score of 80-77. Playing on the team were Celina Chuang, Jessie Ding, Judy "Mac" Ue, Nicolas Lee, and Darin Stojanovic. Our alternates were Adam Borovilos and Barbara Liu.
Congratulations go to Darin, who, with a score of 78-77, answered the last question correctly to secure Macdonald's victory.
Nony LaSouris
I coughed. It was because of all the dust and lint congesting my lungs. The lint came from the Vogon laundromat called the "space-time wash." I decided to go outside because it was raining. I walked to the door, and hit myself. Then, I opened the door and walked outside. I found out that the rain was wet. I decided to go back in, but the door closed so I couldn't.
I walked down the street, and I saw a worm on the sidewalk. I didn't want to step on it so I walked across the street and walked on the other side. I saw a Chesterfield on the road so I sat down. I didn't like sitting on the sidewalk so I went over to the Chesterfield and sat on that. It stopped raining so I got up. I went over to a river and saw that it was flooding. A man was pointing at the river.
"Eddies in the river!" he said. I couldn't see anyone named Eddy in the river, so I left.
A DOS with brown spots suddenly came running at me so I tried to catch it. I couldn't, so I watched it run away. It fell into a puddle of melted peanut butter. I never saw it again until it threw a privet bush at me. I ducked and leaped for the ground. I smelled a cow and I missed the ground. I started to fly, so I waved at some people and hit the ground soon after. When I hit the ground, I got a sore throat and a fever. I tried to go to the doctor, but I got disoriented and found myself in the Vogon laundromat again. I coughed again because of all the dust and lint congesting my lungs.
A mouse who cannot see
It was a scrumptious day and I parlered but it made sense. The article called I Slipped had many grammatical errors but nobody noticed.
The pepper shaker ate a privet bush after chopping it down with a herring. Unfortunately the seven other privet bushes were upset and jump of a cliff becoming thriving monarches.
A piece of my computer broke and a frog died. The egg mixed with the cheese and created graphite particles causing pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis in a newt which got better.
And now for something completely different.

I for one enjoy Exam week. Not for the exams, but for the time off.
Exams are just big tests. Really big tests. Extremely big tests. Really, extremely big tests. Although these "tests" cause problems, they are easily over with and then we have free time.
I am looking forward to March break, which begins on the 7th for me, and many other grade nines. You see, our last exam is on the 6th.
