From Greensboro take I-40East/I-85 North to Durham.

At Efland, merge right where I-40 breaks from I-85. Stay on I-40 East.

Just east of Raleigh, exit I-40 onto U.S. 70 East.

Clayton is on U.S. 70 in Johnston County. Clayton High School will be on your left.
