The following names only are on the war memorial in the church yard. The memorial is located by the gate entrance with the following inscription below the names:
To the glory of god and in grateful memory of the men of this parish who died in the Great War 1914-1918.

Ernest Brealey Private-Duke of Cornwalls Light Infantry died 15 April 1918. son of Thomas and Ellen Brealey, Hillerton, Bow, Devon, husband of Bessie Brealey, Okehampton, Devon. Grave ref/ IV.F.17 Cemetery: Aire Communal Cemetery, Pas de Calais, France.
Charles Holmes Petty Officer-H.M. "Pheasant", Royal Navy died 1st March 1917. Age 30. son of Albert and Mary Ann Holmes, Clannaborough, Bow, Devon and husband of Alice Holmes, Charlton Marlborough, Wilts. Also on the Plymouth Memorial, Devon. Located on The Hoe, Plymouth. Grave ref 20.
Percival Leonard Northcote Private-15th Bn., West Yorkshire Regt. died 28th July 1918. Age 19. son of John Robert and Laura Northcote, Bow, Devon. Grave ref/ Plot 1, Row C, grave I Cemetery: Le Grand Hasard Military Cemetery, Morbelque, Nord, France.
