A Cry of Shadows started it all. And I would like to thank Sister Mary Rosalinda also.

Just finished "Wake Up..." and "The Day the Music Died" and love the atmosphere -- just wish McCain could fall in love with Mary. When's the next one due (so I can order it)?

When I find this book, "Dark Love", I never believed that will be poblated from the best of all writers: Ed Gorman. I have read a lot from it and is the best; mixing the poetry, the imagination and the horror, is fantastic.

I would like to thank Ed very much for his kind words. In "Speaking of Murder," one of the many books Ed has edited along with Martin Greenberg, he stated in his introduction that he hoped the interviews in that book would enlighten and entertain fans of he authors interviewed. He also said that the more he knew about an author, the richer his or her novels were. That was the true purpose of this site for readers of Ed Gorman's works. But if there is any credit to be given for such a beautifully filled ho e as this homepage, the recipient should be the site's creator, Allen Richards. My help was minimal at best. My energies are directed to the Onelist site at http://www.onelist.com/subscribe/EdGorman. I have been fortunate to watch Allen work his magic in a very quick time, and I admire both his talent and his devotion to Ed's writings. Thanks, Allen, for all your hard work. You're a great friend. A couple of you asked if I'll be dropping in. Sure. Probably two or three times a week. I'll be happy to answer most any question you have. I really appreciate Judi and Allen doing this for me. Best, Ed Gorman
