Doris raises an eyebrow.  "Did Arnold sucker you into a bet again?"

You kick at the ground.  "Just a little one.  But I need money for more than just that.  There's rent, clothes, car payments, yadda yadda yadda.  My salary just isn't cutting the mustard."

"So have you asked for a raise?"

"Um, no," you say.  "I really hate begging the boss for more money.  That's why I was hoping we could put a spell on him or something and make him see just how valuable I really am.  Then he'll add a few hundred dollars to each paycheck just to keep rival companies from spiriting me away."

Doris sighs.  "Don't you remember anything I said about bending others to your will?"

Whitch Way do you go?

You say, "Okay, okay.  How about a simple spell to win the lotto?"

You say, "Okay, okay.  How about lending me a couple hundred 'til Friday?"
