It's a journal concocted of both fact and fiction. It's meant to be beneficial for me so I can release my feelings, while also letting my creative side loose a little. Don't believe everything you read as fact, and don't believe everything you read as fiction. Just read it as something I had to spew, because it was spinning around in circles in my mind.
