Piano
I'm extremely bad at playing the piano. I used to be good when I was 6 or 7, but then I moved to another state, and got a new piano teacher who accidently went onto harder levels of piano before going to the previous levels I hadn't been to. From then on, I plummetted down into a mayhem of dissonence, and poor technique.
Playing the piano has taught me to play the violin better though. I can do double stops(playing notes on two strings together) well since I've played many chords, and of course, I can read music fluently.
I first started playing off the Suzuki Piano Book. Some of the songs I played were "Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star" and "Go Tell Aunt Rhody." My mother helped me along by naming the corresponding number the fingers were such as 1553211234555.
I am an expert one handed player, but can never seem to put two and two together over the black & white Yamaha keys. Too bad.
