This years tournament was a smashing success.  The new venue at Penang YMCA was much more spacious and allowed the participants to mix around in between matches.

The mood was friendly even though the combatants were trying to beat the stuffing out of each other during actual matches, and the food was great.  Mensans and non-Mensans really got to know each other better.  All agreed that the best ‘vadai’ has to be from Jelutong and  thanked Dr. Salahudin bin Mohamed Ariff for ordering them for us.  Jackie Cheah, another non-mensan supplied home-made jam tarts and piping hot curry-puffs.  Everyone shamelessly tucked in.
