A few thank-you's going out to my friends and loved ones:
Back Home
To Nona: I hope college always treats you well, but if not, there's always a place here for you. I hope you find your place in the world, because you've always helped me to find mine.
To Brian: Thanks for making me come back here. It's been theraputic. You've made me come back to more than that since I've enjoyed your company, and I can't tell you how much your support has meant to me.
To Jen:I know that you are having a good time at school, but I haven't heard from you since you left, so I hope it's all that you ever wanted. Thanks for supporting me through high school, as different as we were.
To Daniel:Thank you for your crazy e-mails, always when I need a good laugh. Whether casually sardonic or ziegenanshauung, our friendship has only been lacking when I yell at you. You're great, and you'll find a significant other eventually.
To Barrett:There are so many things to thank you for, even though I've only known you a short time. Perhaps in a few years we can sort all of it out, but until then, I look forward every day to summer and hopefully more camp experiences. I hope this last summer was as enjoyable for you as it was for me.
At Willamette
To Ryan:To cuddle buddies, to long talks when it's way too cold out, to inexplicable crazy emotions, to NSOCO, to everything.
To Brie:Call me codependent, but... It's great being able to say goodnight to you every night, and so relaxing to just hang out.
To Sean:To three hour lunches and gossip like old women... without you, I don't know how I would be so well-adjustedly-gay.
To Tom:Okay, here's your dedication. Thanks for letting me beat you up all the time. I know you think I'm great, and frankly, I am. *laugh*
Old Friends
To Erin:I learned so much from our friendship, and I hope you are doing well. Evergreen is one of those places that I would have considered if only for the trees. Thanks for coffee over Christmas...I never knew I could miss you like that.
To Thomas:Seattle will always enjoy you, and hold it's arms open to you. I, however... I have learned much.
To Colin:I think you're a hella cool person, and we keep bumping into one another. I'd like to see what you're up to some time, and I keep running into people here at Willamette who know you. Call me?
To Raven: We haven't talked in years, but I hope you're still out there, alive and well. Write me sometime, if you still remember me.
If you want a mention of your own, then tell me, I've tried not to miss anybody, but I undoubtably have.
