Crocodile

Saltwater Crocodiles have a split eye pupil associated with nocturnal animals.  When hunting under water the eyes are protected by transparent nictitating membranes.  This means that when the crocodile goes under water its eyes are protected by the winking mechanism.  Tissue flaps cover the ears.  Their teeth are lethal.  They sneak up on their prey in the water. Crocodiles eat other mammals; they will eat pretty much anything they can catch. When they hunt they drag their food under water until their victim is dead. Missing teeth are replaced throughout their entire life.  They can get up to 23 feet long and weigh up to 235 pounds. The saltwater crocodile is green in color and has rough scales.  Saltwater crocodiles exist in mostly any kind of saltwater in the world.  They exist in the water basin in the jungle.
