This Song We Sing
To our coupling a strong spirit now you bring
We need not hide a love so fine, so rare
The world shall hear and share this song I sing
Above the lonely crowd we rise on lovers wings
You need not heed the jealousies they bear
To our coupling a strong spirit now you bring
And love grows strong, becomes a living thing
with grace, beauty, and a voice so fair
And the world shall stop and share the song I sing
Our voices, though only two, seem a greater thing
Our two spirits become as one and fill the air
To this coupling strong spirits now we bring
And from these spirits joined together our song springs
Our lives entwined, eternal harmony we'll share
The world rejoices, shares this song of love we sing.
Upon your finger now this ring I place
and yours on mine, the song begins to fill the air
To our coupling a strong spirit now we bring
The worlds shall hear and share this song we sing.
