The current cold spell in the northern India has affected Delhi, apparently, in a strong grip of the unusually cold spell, some three hundred people have died, schools have been closed and all that good stuff about government paying no respect to the mother nature.

Brahmin bozos, rather pay huge sums of money to maintained their army presence in a disputed territory of Kashmir, especially Drass barren mountains, temperature there has hovered around -20 C but have not shown any presence in the capital of the country, Delhi as poor visibility in foggy condition have disrupted the traffic where accidents slow down the traffic to a halt.

If pollution is causing this kind of major problems in the capital, the political capital, the second banana of a city, a commercial capital of India, Bombay is in a cold spell, this kind of cold is of political kind. The Bombay high court has sided with the environmental lobby and put screws on all transport vehicles, taxis, trucks and public transport busses.

This dispute was waiting to happen and politically unstable Congress coalition, it seems, is looking at a collision course if they do or do not handle the taxi strike in an efficient manner. In Bombay, taxi union takes the form of very tightly controlled Mafia. George Fernandes, the current and the past defense minister rose to prominence due to his diligence and hard work with Bombay taxi union. For all those cosmopolitan taxi drivers, George was like a god in flesh.

Problems such as pollution have no place in a democracy where pockets of parochial interests rule the roost. The lobbying the kind of Washington, DC is never practiced in India. It is always the cheap street level rumble. The laws are broken with abandon by these people and if there are any laws to safeguard the population in the book, there are several good laws to prevent pollution, they are seldom administered or enforced.

This is a gold mine for corrupted government officials who flash the laws and obtain monetary or other benefits from the guilty, sort of collision of the nasty and testy law breakers and the law enforcers. The rising industrial base is required for the growth of the nation but it is hardly likely that the industrialist would obey any pollution related laws knowing fully well that cases against them would get bogged down in the extremely congested court system and even if they come to fruition faster the fines are so measly that a habitual law breaking industrialist walks out without any harm to his enterprise.

The average citizen is the one who suffers in all this corrupted government officials and the immoral fast buck making business buckaroos nexus. Whereas, the saffron clad clods, a.k.a. swamis go around preaching violence against the foreign Christian missionaries don't give a damn for the lives lost due to the Hindu immoral behavior. I guess, there is no glory in defending the dying poor brothers and sisters of these saffron simians due to natural and man made malarkey.

Those bastards whose mouths start salivating when speaking about the fancy ABM weaponry, have finally installed a state of the art air traffic control system at Delhi airport, imagine that. Gujarat cyclone warnings were delivered to the port officials, thousands died in that cyclone, by, guess what, in these days of instant communications via internet, telegram. Such pagans want the world to show them respect. Do they respect the dying poor or not so immediately dying citizens of Delhi and Bombay due to increasing pollution? Nah! Silly proposition to start with.

Some five thousand people have lost their precious lives over this issue. The Allahabad court, the direct authority over this local dispute between two litigants have expressly ordered all the parties to stop all their activities till the court decides the outcome of the case, some fifty years old. Government of India, a coalition government of majority partner BJP, a Hindu fundamentalist bastard baby of Hindu Brahmin Mafia, RSS with twenty-four chhota nabobs bobbing precariously from crisis to crisis have firmly denied their hand in constructing the temple.
