While many people in this country (and much more so in other parts of the world) starve regularily, thousands of pounds of food are thrown away on a daily basis in the U.S. alone. Adding this to the already intolerable amounts of waste produced in the "developed" countries is simply atrocious. As important as recycling and reusing is not creating such large amounts of waste in the first place, especially when the wasted resource is one so important as food. For this reason, as well as to expose, to the best of our abilities, the many other destructive practices of a system based on the self-interests of the greedy and power hungry, this little band of concerned humans has decided to act in a gathering place many Clevelanders consider home. On every possible friday we will be sharing all natural, and most likely organic, vegetarian food, which would otherwise have been thrown out, withg anyone who would enjoy it. We will also be riling up as much discontent as possible, and other fun stuff.
