Having just signed her divorce papers, geriatrics doctor Charlotte Hamilton stops for a celebratory drink in a bar
located along San Antonio's colorful Riverwalk. She knew that ending her relationship with husband Roger was definitely for
the best, and if she'd ever had any doubts they were discarded with his parting shot, "You were always a lousy lover." So why was she feeling so depressed now?
Charlotte is sipping her second margarita when good-looking sportswriter, Sam Blake, slides onto the stool next to hers and orders a drink. Just the sound of his voice is enough to turn her head so she can get a better look. Now here is a man who beats her ex in the looks department, hands down.
