Dreams of Perfection

by Mary Wiede

I see you with your heavenly blue eyes and think I deserve not your affection.
All in my life would suddenly be of pure joy if you had love for me,
Or so I think.
Some think I am beautiful,
But my beauty can never compare to yours.
I open my eyes out of the dream.
I have not said a word.
I scream in my dreams...... say something.
A loss of thought and nothing comes to me.
I dream
I love
I look for you.
Only in my dreams I see you loving me too.
