- This book discusses the events of my early life. It shares how I almost threw my life away, and then how through the Lord, I received my salvation, plus a chance to start over.
What I Believe About God And Why I Believe It {A 6-part series}
- Upon graduating from Liberty University, I felt led to write a series of books about my Christian beliefs. In these six books about those beliefs, I cover all the major teachings of Christianity, plus I include reasons why all Christians can believe these things. In a world where the Christian church is constantly under attack, this book will show that we have the superior evidence.
This book discusses what I feel is sadly lacking among present-day Christians - a legitimate prescription for right living! Many, perhaps even most, Christians are hung up on trivial church issues rather than focusing on that which is truly most important. The truths presented in this text are not based on deep theological mysteries. They are actually based on some of the clearest and most important Scriptures in the Bible.
- This book talks about Christian evidences and unproven scientific theories. It shares important information about the unproven Big Bang theory and Theory of Evolution, and it also presents important information about Christian evidences. This text answers questions like, How can I know that God is real?, How can I know that Jesus is Lord?, and How can I know that the Bible is accurate, correct, and trustworthy.
- This book provides important information about Christian evidences and shows the logic in God's Salvation Plan. Everything that the Bible says about Jesus and everything that He did while on this earth were part of God's Plan for humanity. Through Him, and only through Him, a person can be reconciled to God, and the purpose of this book is to drive home that truth.
- This book is really a short essay which relates the unproven Theory of Evolution to the Tribulation. It is based on analysis which I did in December 1983. The paper, which was also written in December 1983, has been modified only slightly and put into a suitable format for the Internet.
- This book is not biblical, but I have included it because in 1975 I dedicated my Graduate work at the College of William and Mary to the Lord. None of the work which has been included on this homepage would exist or have very much meaning had it not all started with that simple committment in 1975. This work, even though it is not theological, may still be of interest to many. It describes a higher-level, computer language which I designed and implemented for the Navy on their computer.
- This book has been written to document the first twenty-five years of my marriage to Linda. During that time, she and I have raised our five children and also seen the birth of thirteen (soon to be fourteen) grandchildren. During our early years, we experienced extreme poverty. During our middle years, we were fairly prosperous. For the entire twenty-five years, we have always tried to maintain a consistent testimony before the Lord. As this book should show, however, that has not always been easy. This book documents the high points of my career and attempts to describe the sometimes up and down struggles of balancing career, family, and Christian life.
