Holy day of Rhea, the Greek goddess of the earth, mother of Zues.  Traditionally, river sprites or nymphs are acknowledged on this day.

Greek beginning of the 2 day festival of Dionysus.  It promotes a fruitful grape harvest.

Trefuilnid Treochair, national day of Ireland.  Feast for the triple bearer of the triple key, the trident-bearing Celtic divinity assimiliated to St. Patrick, whose sacred plant is the shamrock.

Greek festival honoring Atheena.  In Roman times, it was the festival of the goddess Minerva.
