Gwynn ap Nudd

St. Michael is the head of the angels (Christian tradition).  Celtic Gwynn ap Nudd, is the lord of the underworld and for the Norse, Heimdall, who is the orderer of society, watcher of gods and captain of Einheriar.  They are the chosen warriors of Valhalla.  Curious ritual biscuits in the form of a man riding a goose (Taffy on a Goose) were sold in Norwhich, Norfolk, England until WWII in 1939.
