graphic by Lillith Silverhair |
The burning times were thought of and probably to this day people think that "Oh that used to happen". I was among them. Till very recently I am finding out the fact is that it it still very much happening in this day and age.Maybe not to the point where it would be published in the local times, but thoughout parts of the country burning and beheading is still taking place today.
The latest date recorded in history of when they began took place around 1000 ce through the 17th century. The latest date is however the shocking part! Feburary 1997. Yes, I did say 1997, two burned at Gannore, India and one beheaded in Saudi Arabia. One burned Sevastopol, Ukraine. All over the world this is still happening, I am enraged! Guess they never heard the general rule and " Ye shall harm none " . I would like to present a very small tribute to some of us that were crusified.

It is said that over nine million people have been burned, executed, and tortured to death because they have been accused of being a witch or studing the craft. I belive that we have a long time before we actually see the end of the burning times...
