Whenever things are down and nothing seems to be going right, some inspiration and optimism seem to make the day just that much better. These stories, poems and writings have been collected from many sources, but all of them have one thing in common, and that is they are all optimistic and inspirational. Things don't always go right -- anyone who thinks that life is a bed of roses has another thing coming. But I think what is important is that we recognise that we are not the only ones in the world who are suffering emotionally or physically, and that there are people who are in a worse state.
