TOO LATE

You come to me asking forgiveness,
you come to me seeking for love.
Let me remind you what you told me
once you held me in your arms.
"We don't have the same sky...

And there wasn't place for me to hide,
nothing to hold me, give me support,
and I was bleeding and I was dying...

Now you come to me,
speaking about wakeful, lonely nights,
telling me about your empty arms,
asking me to remember you in my days
wondering if I'm missing you in my nights.
Forgive me, if I don't want to see you,
forgive me, if I don't want to speak
forgive me if for a while,
I hated you and what you did.

Let me remind you the day you left me,
the day you were holding me in your arms;
I had so many things to say,
I had so many things to give.
You left me there with all I had to tell you,
things I wanted to share with you;
in vain searching you on earth and skies,
dreaming unreachable, foolish dreams.
Now, all these things have gone ungiven,
