We are trying something a little different this time. Rather than having one member write out the whole ritual in advance, each of us who has volunteered for a 'part' will be writing our own parts. Then they will be put together at the time of the ritual. More participation in ritual writing, better memorization, more surprises!

Preparation

Prepare the ritual space: setting the firelay, tracing the Circle in the physical, setting up the Quarter torches, setting up the altar... Prepare yourself: by cleansing your body and clearing your mind.

Attunement

Summoner gathers the Grove together and leads them in a Centering Ritual. When he feels the time is right, he leads the group in a spiral toward the Circle, stopping at the NorthEast edge.

Casting the Circle

Dan and Feather cast, cleans, and charge the Circle in the astral.

Challenge and Smudging

Dan challenges the Summoner then cuts a doorway and pulls him into the Circle. Feather smudges him. Then the others are pulled inside one by one and smudged.

Invoking the Lord and Lady

Dan invokes the Lord and the Lady. Feather lights the central fire.

Cakes and Wine

Dan blesses the Cakes and then the Wine.
Feather serves the first person to her left and the Cakes and Wine are passed around until all is consumed and all are satisfied. This is a time to socialize and share the visions from the skrying.

Farewell to the Lord and the Lady

Dan speaks as Feather extinguishes the fire.
