thence east 155 perches to the place of the beginning"
Granted first to Wm. Penn on the "17 day of the first month 1701" (March??) 490 acres
thence to John Richardson on the 10th day of the third month 1702 (May??)
thence to John Quest on the 24th of 1705
thence in court to Thomas Sisom of Philadelphia on the 27th of November 1705
thence to John Sisom and Thomas Sisom, Junior on 1st of April 1726
thence to William Edmeston (Edmundson) and Hugh Kirkpatrick on 15th of December 1726
The property was then divided and Hugh Kirkpatrick then took 205 acres, described as follows:
Startings at a hickory tree corner
thence North by the same 206 perches to a corner marked white oak...
thence West 159 perches to another corner marked white oak at a corner of Henry Reynolds.....
thence 206 perches to a stake in the ground
thence East 159 perches to the place of the beginning.
Thence from Hugh Kirkpatrick "for the natural love and affection which the said
Hugh Kirkpatrick hath and bears unto his son John Kirkpatrick."
