The scandals surrounding the President of the United States,was the catalyse that proplelled Final Warning,from a local idea into a global endeavor. Now that the President no longer has to run from his 'adversaries," many are asking what the will be the next bigh event that captivates the minds of the people.Last night I talked on the phone to a friend of mine. What he told me made my skin crawl. As you know Seventh-Day Adventists have been in the news lately. The President of the world church Robert Folkenberg resigned,amid allegations from one James E. Moore. I asked him what implications this might have on the church's future. He said that,look for the new President to help to buttress those who are proponents of Sunday legislation in our country.Then he said that we should look for Adventists to be blamed for bombings that will occur in Sunday Churches.Remember who were the scapegoats in the OKLAHOMA BOMBING in 1995-the first grouped singled out were religious fundamentals.You already know that they suspected SDA's who blamed the government and not David Koresh for the raid in Waco Texas in 1993.As you are well aware...these were test runs for the campaign that will be waged against Seventh-Day Adventists.Coming back to Clinton...I've read where his adminstration has singled out SDA's as a so called hate group...my friend,told me that this is how we would be demonized.

I remember that back in high-school when I first studied about Adolph Hitler,that it was known what kind of a man he was...when the people elected him,they didn't care about his character...they looked to him to get Germany out of its economic troubles.Study the rise to power of Hitler in Germany,and see if you can't parallel it with that of William Clinton in the United States. The simillarities are uncanny.

Dear friend,if you only knew the things that are in store for the people of God,it would make you draw closer to Jesus.there are so many things that we could talk about,but I want you to know only one thing. That is no matter what lies ahead for us,as long as we retain our hold on the One who is all-powerful,we shall be more than conquerers.

History or still future?

To understand how futurism,we must first go back more than four centuries to the dawn of the reformation.Back then such leaders like Martin Luther,and Melanchton identified the Papacy as the anti-christ,and beast of Revelation 13 and 14. These leaders only believed in Historicism...which of course is the Bible's way of interpreting prophecy. But then a few decades later,when the order of the Jesuits was set up,and the counter reformation was in full swing,a new idea crept on the scene.The Popes in order to throw a cloak over their own evil deeds,told the people the reformers were wrong and that the anti-christ is a secular fellow who would rise up in Europe in the last days. The people were thought that the temple in Israel had to be rebuilt first,that these things were hundreds of years off. A masterful lie that finds its way int the evangelical churches of the world todayHands Accross the Gulf p.17-23 published by Pacific Press) so where did futurism come from>? Futurism probably more than any other factor,has changed the attitude of most twentieth century Protestants towards the Roman Catholic church. As for its origins, the first book on futurism was published in 1580 by a Spanish Jesuit named Francisco Ribera. The antichrist he wrote was not a system or dynasty like the Papacy,but an individual who would arise at the end of time and bring a three and one half year period of tribulation that would center on the Jews in Palestine."The Jesuit Ribera tried to set aside the application of these prophecies to the papal power by bringin out the futurist system," wrote historian Joseph Tanner,"which asserts that these prophecies refer proper, not to the career of the Papacy,but to that of some supernatural individual who is yet to appear."

Roman Catholic writer G.S. Hitchcock said, "The Futuristic school founded by the Jesuit Ribera in 1591, looks for antichrist, Babylon and a rebuilt temple at the end of the Christian dispensation." For over three centuries Ribera's theology,amended,polished and axpanded by other Catholics, made no headway with Protestants,who saw it was a theological sham. Not until the 1800s did it penetrate into Protestantism.So now you can see how the last warning messages of the Bible could be misapplied by those seeking to deceive the masses. Look soon for the fulfillment of Revelation 13,as the Papacy once again rules from the throne of the world. And watch as Seventh-Day Adventists and other Sabbvath keepers become scapegoats,innocent victims of the New World Order. if you thought that you've seen persecution,just boldly speak the truth concerning the Papacy...as the Bible says you aught...and watch what happens.

The more and more you look around it seems that the signs that point to Jesus' coming are becoming clearer and clearer. Last month we reported on the y2k crisis,and this month we learn that more people are becoming aroused to the serious issues facing us. UPDATE:The ACLU has won a court fight in Phoenix,Arizona(See December letter). A judge has issued a temporary restraining order blocking the state from proclaiming "National Bible Week." The National Bible Association protests,contending that a proclamation has no legal enforcement and doesn't call for any organized activities.

Ed. Note:: Is that the same power a "National Sunday Law" would have? All accross the country grass-root efforts are being made to help prop-up this soon coming law. I just heard that they are even considering repealing the "Miranda law." The Miranda Law is that whic is in effect when a citizen of the United States is arrested(i.e: the right to remain silent and so forth...)this would follow such actions taken in the U.K.

HEALTH NEWS

Have you noticed lately that the media has been sending us mixed messages concerning our health.Fortunately those of us who are ruled by the Scriptures need not be concerned about these things. The Bible tells us what we are to eat and what not to eat. Dear friend, if you are still on the Babylonian diet of flesh...there can be no sterner warning to get off now.

While you are loosing prescious years of your life,the meat producers are increasingly gaining prosperity. But have you noticed the latge recalls of meat products in the past several month? For those of you looking for a healthier lifestyle here is one tried and true method:NEWSTART:Nutrition: a wholesome supply of fruits,vegetables,nuts and grains-Exercise: get a moderate work out each day both arobic and anarobic-Water:preferably that which has gone through reverse osmosis,atleast eight glasses full,and more for those who suffer from dry skin(source:dietician Chris Rucker;author of The Seventh-Day Diet)-Sunshine: it cannot be stressed enough that, those first rays of the sun are more of a stimulant than any amount of coffee,have a daily sun cup,and you'll find it richer than a "choc-full-o-nuts"-Temperance: abstainance from that which is harmful and moderate use of that which is good-Air: pure air is vital to healthy cellular regeneration,exposure to the open air is also helpful to shrugging off fatigue-Rest:not only physically but spiritually(see next month's letter). The body needs an adequate amount of rest,especially in this fast paced world-Trust in Divine power: as Science has proven,total health,includes both the body and the mind. God is the Great Physican who heals both(see Levitcus 11;1Corin. 3:16,17,6:19,20;3John2).
