Comments: I work as a customer service rep. for a public safety supply company in Lexington, KY. I was lucky enough to be the one to recieve a call from Keith Hymel( from Louisiana). I told him our company was having a belated Mardi Gras party and could he possibly e-mail some of his favorite Cajun recipies. He directed me to your web site. I will be forever grateful. These recipies were a HUGE success with our company. I will be very happy to pass your web site address on to anyone that asks and some that don't just because they deserve the expeiance of good food. Thanks Again! Gary and all your friends at Gall's Inc.

Comments: question for you. You said the mom was growling and snapping. Does she do that only when she doesn't want to do something. My Gizmo is nearly 3 and for the past 6 months he has been growling at me on these occasions even has the nerve to show me his teeth. Then he'll go back to being the big baby. I really enjoyed your page cuz it was like looking at pictures of Gizmo. He now weighs 10 lbs and has no bug eyes. His 5 brothers and sisters did tho. He has the white stripe from his nose to his forehead and the white tip on his tail. Really enjoyed this and looking forward to hearing from you,Sherry and Gizmo

Comments: I used to live in New Orleans when I was single about 20 years ago, but I still miss all the wonderful food. I would love to share with my children but we can't get alot of the food here. If you know of a place I could order and get shipped in to us please let me know. Also my husband and I lived in Baton Rouge for a year and we used to get these huge smoked pork chops stuffed and all we did was put them in tin foil and place them on the grill. Got any recipes? I have truly enjoyed your sight and wish you alot of luck. The cajun music was refreshing and brought back alot of fond memories. Thanks for making my day! Have a grreat Mardi Gras too!
