Comments: I really like this site and I want to say how much I miss Louisiana. I've lived in California since '85 and I hate it here. When I read the stories and looked at the pictures it reminded me of home and it brought tears to my eyes and made my heart hert. I am 27 and I hope that some day soon I will move back home, maybe to Napoleanville.

Comments: I really enjoyed your site. You have really put a lot of work into and that is very evident! Your children are beauitful and your dog is adorable. I came here from Debbie's site, because you are Cajun and also the recipes. No, I am not Cajun, but I have a web-friend who is and I sent him your page, so you may be hearing from him. "S" Can't wait to try some of your recipes! I like the way you keep your page updated. Great job all-in-all..... keep up the good work! Dee ~

Comments: I am working hard to learn the Cajun language of my parents, and teach it to my four children. Our wonderful culture is not dead yet. We can still save it!!! My wife and I have started home schooling our children; this way we can raise them to know and love their Cadien heritage. I hope to keep them from being sucked up in to that cultureless lump of todays les Americains. God Save the Cadiens. Lache pas la patate. Kenith N. Andry

Comments: Hi Char, Hope everyone is doing good. Just visiting again. I've been working on my site some, you'll have to check it out sometime. I've still got some on angelfire but moved some over to geocities. Learning a lot and enjoying it. Meeting a lot of good people. The habanero pepper only produced 20% in the U.S. this year. It is really hard to find and very costly.. Take care and God bless, BillyG
