Things you will need:
Boil shrimp in stock pot with Cajun seasoning -- approx. 30 minutes. Shell, de-vein, and chop shrimp. Add eggs, pickle relish, onions (opt.), mayo, mustard, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well, adding more mayo as needed to make it creamy, and serve on bread of choice or as desired.
If you have access, "seafood boil" works equally as well as the Cajun seasoning.
