(3) 3 volumes;Vol. 1 English, Maryland & Virginia Elledges including 2nd generation Francis b. 1701, Ruth m. James Cobb, Isaac m. Ann, and unidentified Elledges. (1st two
generations not repeated in vol.2 or 3)Vol. 2, Joseph and Mary Rhodes Elledge and Thomas and Elizabeth Thornburgh Elledge. Records show that all the rest of us descended from those five, i. e. Francis, Joseph, Ruth, Isaac and Thomas! Whether they were all siblings, or cousins is not known.
