Rampart Hi I'm Rampart, (Bill), I'm a native New Yorker, where I still reside with my wife Chris and daughter Carol. I am getting to that age where I'm a former everything, a former Vietnam Veteran Marine, a Police Detective, now retired, and at the present time I'm working as a Criminal Investigator. I tripped into Barnowl's a while back and found a home and many friends. I enjoy lively conversation and the interests of others and Barnowls provides both.
