Italian Chicken

1 chicken, cut in pieces
1 pkg. dry Italian Salad Dressing Mix
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 stick margarine, melted
Italian breadcrumbs



Put salad dressing mix, lemon juice, and melted
margarine in bowl. Dip chicken pieces in liquid,
then roll in Italian breadcrumbs and place in
baking dish. If any liquid is left, pour over
chicken and let sit for about 30 minutes. Bake
at 350 degrees for about one hour, or until done.
