Sausage and Hamburger
Jambalaya

Sausage and Hamburger Jambalaya Recipe
1 lb. ground meat
1 lb. smoked sausage
1 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 small chopped green pepper
1/2 pkg. onion soup
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 cups water
1 can beef bouillon
Salt and pepper to taste
3 cups raw rice
Season ground meat and make into small balls.
Slice sausage about one inch thick. Brown meat
in heavy pot and drain off grease. Add green
onion, celery, green pepper, onion soup, garlic
powder, water, and bouillon. Bring to boil and
add raw rice. Turn heat to low and cook slowly
until rice is done.
