This book is dedicated with love and pride, to Linda, my lovely and devoted wife, to the memory of Laura, our stillborn daughter, Katie, our first "living" child, and daughter, and the mother of our two (four at this posting) beautiful grandchildren Celeste and Brandyn (and Alicia and Juan Miguel), Mikey, our firstborn son, and Tommy, our second son and third child, for the many hours they had to put up with me sitting at my computer while creating and writing this book, and the many versions of it they proofed for me before this final product was completed.
