Comments: Record warmth headlines this month's report. February's monthly mean temperature of 36.8F is the highest mean temp. I've recorded in my 22 years of temperature records. Oddly enough though, no daily temp- erature records were set. Low temps. dropped into the teens on just 2 days this month (10th and 25th)....Precip., rain and snow, was well below normal this month.
