on the 20th, 84 deg. on the 21st (temp. records kept since 1974)....
Hot, hazy, humid mid-summer weather 20th-23rd.... The severe
thunderstorm that swept through the Brockton area on the 21st
brought gusty winds and no precip. here. Tragically the storm
did take the life of a teenaged boy whose raft was overturned in
New Bedford harbor..... SPRING SEASON temperature averaged 45.8F
(2.2 deg. below normal), precip. total 12.52" (1.69"
above normal) and snow total 23.7" (15.7" above normal).
