Comments: Good evening I was a crew member on the Melbourne on the trip to the USA to pick up tackers. Joined as a JR in July 1965 at leeuwin from Sydney. Was a stoker on the flight deck crew, catapult group. Would love to hear from fellow ex JR's on that cruise. There were many from the 1965 intake, ie Ian Cannon, Grant gale, Red Espin, many others, . Comments: Braithy, thank you for bringing us such an informative site and all your efforts in keeping it regularly updated. I have found some really good tips and opinions that have helped me immensely with some kits. Of course this has to do with the reviewers t emselves as well as yourself and it is really appreciated. I will send in my own reviews too for consideration. Keep up the great work and add in more reviews!!! The only thing lacking is the most recent release reviews (although I see the Academy P-51 has made it on)- perhaps some hobby shops and Kit manufacturers should take heed and send in some samples so the whole modelling community can get the lowdown early. But other than that, excellent site, well done!! (Thanks Philip for your kind comments, yes I have to rely on others to provide the most up to date reviews on new releases, Kit manufacturers etc would be most welcome in assisting since this site is not resource, not a business!  Cheers, Mark)
