Latest Experiments on Gravity Modification

There are several several experiments showing that at least some of gravity's force can be altered by electrical means. Eugene Podkletnov spun superconducting ceramic disks in a magnetic field and an object placed above the disk appeared to lose as much as 2% of its weight. Ning Li, sometimes in collaboration with NASA, is attempting to repeat and understand this result.

Other people have tried electrostatic charges on a pendulum and reported some small changes. - See article in May 1999 Discover magazine, "Zero Gravity".

Well if we were to accept the ideas put forth by Dr Harold Puthoff in his paper - that gravity could be defined by the pressure of these virtual particles. And each piece of matter causes a shadow in the sea of virtual particles which causes the pieces of matter to attract. Then if we are able to manipulate these particles which cause Gravity, we will have a change in the weight. But if some of the virtual particles are not charged then are change in the weight may not reach 100%. The amount of weight reduction which is achieved would tell us the percentage of charged to uncharged virtual particles.
