Say what? Solar wind moving the solar panels? Is it this flapping of its wings that keeps it flying? There were plenty of other causes for those panels to move. Motion from the Shuttle, thermal effects on the rods that hold the panels, and for the most dramatic example, when the exhaust from the Shuttle jets hit the jettisoned panel as they backed away from it. But solar wind? Hoo-boy.
