Comments: You need to pay closer attention to what you tell people about Dinosaurs. Because you have a Web Page, kids might think you are an expert, and use what you say in their homework or something. For example...you tell people that the Velociraptor Mongolienses had "the speed and reflexes of a cheetah." When in fact they were likely not very fast, and probably ambushed their prey. Mongolienses body structure suggests that it sacrificed speed in fav r of agility, using its tail as a counter balance. Allowing it to change directions very quickly. Also, you say they were "extremely smart"...maybe in the movies. In fact Mongolienses brain power would have been dwarfed by an average crow, or parrot. And as for how dangerous it was, while it's teeth and claws were certainly nothing to take lightly, it's body size was only that of a largish dog. There were certainly many creatures more likely to do you in than Mongoliensis. The Capt.
