MD 520 N - MCDONNELL DOUGLAS 520 N

El primer prototipo de este helicóptero (N520NT) voló por primera vez el 1 de mayo de 1990. Consta de un diseño algo revolucionario (aunque algunos conceptos similares ya se habían experimentado con anterioridad) denominado NOTAR (No Tail Rotor - Sin Rotor de cola).

This is the latest version of the classic and versatile MD 500 Series. It incorporates the NOTAR anti-torque system, offeringmore power, higher operating altitude and greater gross weight than the MD 500E.
