CH-7
A
NGEL 582

Proyecto del argentino Augusto Cicaré, con diseño de cabina por Marcello Gandini (diseñador del Lamborghini Diablo). Fabricado en Italia por ELISPORT. Este helicóptero es la versión siguiente del CH-6.

The CH-7 Angel was designed by Argentinean Augusto Cicare. The CH-7 Angel is the seventh helicopter creation by Mr. Cicare in his 38 plus years of helicopter design, hence the acronym CH-7 which stands for Cicare's helicopter # 7.
The word Angel was added to the CH-7 by the Italian manufacture, EliSport of Torino Italy. The EliSport company commissioned famous Italian automotive designer Mr. Marcello Gandini to create a cabin/cockpit for Mr. Cicare prototype. A few of Mr. Gandini design credits include the Lamborghini Countach and Diablo sports cars.
Since the CH-7 flew like a little Angel combined with the fact the Mr. Gandini previously designed the cosmetics for the Diablo (Diablo, Spanish for Devil), the manufacture decided that it only fitting to name the new craft the opposit of the word devil, so the name Angel was chosen.
Since the Italians by nature are both craftsman and romantics, the EliSport team didn't want to leave Mr. Cicare talents out of the there sporty little helicopter's name, so it was decided to use both. Hence the complete name of this little sports car of the air is "CH-7 Angel".
