I, Rayburn Douglas Drake, Sui Juris, a Citizen of Wyoming state, making My home in the Wyoming state Republic, and a de jure Citizen thereof, hereby revoke, rescind, surrender, convey and make void ab initio, all powers attorney, in fact or otherwise, implied in law or otherwise, sealed either by Me or anyone else, as it pertains to My former social security number 506-68-0585 or EIN # 341766986, birth certificate, any marriage license to which I may have been party, and all other licenses, and/or certificates issued by any and all UNITED STATES, State of Wyoming, State of Oklahoma, State of Nebraska, State of Kansas, or political subdivisions thereof, or any other government or quasi-governmental entities (herein collectively "Governmental Entities"), due to, among other things, the use of the various elements of fraud by said Governmental entities, in attempt to deprive Me of my vested Rites and Rights under the Law of the Land and state Citizenship, and to further deprive Me of primary state Citizenship and Privileges and Immunities. I hereby waive, cancel, repudiate and refuse to knowingly accept any benefit and/or gratuity attached to the above-mentioned items.

I, Rayburn Douglas Drake, Sui Juris, do hereby revoke and rescind all powers of attorney, in fact or otherwise, sealed by Me or otherwise, implied in law or otherwise, with or without My consent and/or knowledge, as it pertains to any and all property, real or personal, corporeal or incorporeal, obtained in the past, present or future. I am the sole and absolute lawful holder and possess allodial title to any and all such property. Of even date herewith, I have placed My Hand and Seal upon an Oath to the Wyoming state, and Declaration of Citizenship, attached hereto as Exhibits "A" and "B" respectively, and incorporated herein by reference as if fully set forth.
