• In terms of organising the communications end of the network on the internet this RICA document outlines some ideas that came out of a meeting in San Cristo'bel the day after the encounter and has details of how you can join a mailing list discussing these proposals.

• In London, England a group calling itself fHUMAN is setting up, it proposes a series of workshops
