Under-Age Smoking and Drinking

My goal is to have a strongly encrypted computer system that contains a database of children under 18, and well as a proof of age with two forms of identification. This would enable store owners and workers to be able to screen the people that the cigarettes and alcohol are buying them.

This process will be an expensive one, but I strongly believe that the results will far outweigh the costs.

These costs could be counteracted, though. I plan on pushing the issue of raising the costs of cigarettes. With this, the cost will be too high for children to afford, so they will not be buying as many, but also, the adults who are willing to pay the price will, in turn, be paying for the operating costs of the computer system.

As for cigarette companies sponsoring events such as NASCAR races, the only thing that I can really do is try to influence other companies to try to "out bid" the cigarette companies for the sponsorship. I realize that I can't take this influence out of the environment, but I will do everything I can to remove it from the major events and try to pull in other companies to replace their sponsorship.

Abortion

I feel that abortion is murder. Some may thing that I am a far-right winged, Republican Radicalist for thinking this, but abortion is technically murder. Abortion is the extermination of a woman's unborn child. I feel that life begins at conception. That is the moment that a child begins to develop and live. By having an abortion, the woman is killing a child.

If the woman does not want the child for one reason or the other, she should put it up for adoption. That way the child would both have a chance to live and have parents who have the means or desire to raise the child. Every child deserves that right. If people don't want to have a child, they should take precautions to prevent it from happening.
