Vigil over Sanctions

GUATEMALA: PEACE ACCORDS, HUMAN RIGHTS AND A NEW GOVERNMENT
Samantha Sams, a CUSO cooperant recently hired by the newly formed
Guatemala Canada Solidarity Network, will discuss the peace accords, human
rights, and the popular movement in Guatemala as they relate to the newly
elected government of Alfonso Portillo.
