Our capital stretches on both banks of the Danube at the southern promontories of the Small Carpathes. Its population is reaching 500,000 habitants. It is a city with a rich history (A Celtic oppidum was built on a rock above the river in the 1st century BC), nice surroundings, variety of theaters and galleries, but also its own problems (first of all a poor traffic system)...
