Jacob with Sybilla were members of Kellers Church from 1751-1763. Notes from Judy Cassidy (Box 222, Springhouse,Penn. 19477): David Lough was born in Tennessee December 4, 1803. His great-great grandfather (Jacob Loch) was shipped from Germany to America and sold to the Quakers for his Passage. There were three brothers shipped to America, each having to work out his passage, one being compelled to labor for seven years.
Jacob Lough has a will. November 17, 1753 (Translated from German) in possession of Benjamin J. Lough.
"Pennsylvania German Pioneers, Orginal Lists of Arrivals in the Port of Philadelphia from 1727 to 1808" Talph Beaver Straussburger, Vol.1. says that abord the "Friendship" qualified for Sept. 3 1739: Jacob Lach age 35 (too young) and Johanis Loch age 16.
